Refund policy

We do not accept returns at this time on any on Sale item.  Others have abused this and purchased items to be worn once at an event or party and wanted to return them.  Items that are on sale are never returnable.  FYI, each item is measured and those are shown beside each item on our website.  Measurements for items such as cuff include the gap so that measurement is the total diameter of the cuff.  Use a soft cloth tape measurer to measure your wrist above the wrist bone or about 1" above the wrist bone for wider cuffs.  Many cuffs that are sold as 6" are actually 7" including the gap.  So, measure your wrist and a cuff that you may already own to get an accurate measurement of what you want.  Many times, cuffs can be resized a 1/4" smaller to 1/2" larger depending on the design of the cuff. 

If you are not sure about how a product would look on you and you are located in the Greenville SC area, we can arrange for you to try it on before purchase.  We carry many "one of a kind" pieces from artists we know in the Southwest.  We frequent festivals and can meet you in a safe location.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Take pictures and do not accept damaged packages.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.  Items marked down on Sale are not returnable.   Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
